About the Drysdale Senior Citizens Club
The Drysdale Senior Citizens Club is a vibrant and welcoming community hub serving seniors across the Bellarine Peninsula. Rooted in a spirit of connection and care, our mission is to improve the well-being and social engagement of our members through inclusive programs, meaningful friendships, and enriching activities.
We believe that staying socially active and connected is key to living well. That’s why we offer a wide range of opportunities—from casual catch-ups to structured events—that foster companionship, creativity, and purpose.
👥 Who Can Join?
We warmly welcome anyone aged 50 and over to become a member of our club. Adults 18+ are also invited to participate in many of our activities, ensuring that our programs remain diverse, dynamic, and intergenerational.

Our clubhouse is proudly located within the Drysdale Community Hub, offering comfortable, accessible facilities that support everything from workshops and games to social gatherings and wellness sessions.

We offer a diverse range of activities throughout the week in our two spaces - the Main Hall and the West Room. There's something for everyone!

Main Hall: Bellarine Quilters (10am-3pm, $3 fee)
West Room: Take Off Weight Naturally (TOWN) (9am-11am, Membership required)

Main Hall: Weight Watchers (9:30am-11am)
West Room: Art Group (10am-2pm)

Main Hall: Art Group (10am-3pm), Wine & Cheese Appreciation (4pm-7pm)

Membership Information
How to Join
Becoming a member is simple! Annual membership costs just $40.00, covering July 1st to June 30th each year. While we primarily serve seniors aged 50+, we welcome adults of all ages (18+) who wish to participate in our activities.

Upcoming Social Events
Beyond our weekly activities, we organize special social events throughout the year to create memorable experiences and strengthen our community bonds.
Pub-Style Trivia Nights
Test your knowledge at our fun-filled pub-style trivia competitions with prizes and raffles. A perfect evening of friendly competition, laughter, and a bit of banter from our bearded MC!
Lunch Outings
Monthly or bi-monthly lunch excursions to various venues across the Bellarine Peninsula. Transportation assistance available through carpooling.
Movie Afternoons
Join fellow members for special screenings of classic and contemporary films, followed by lively discussions and refreshments.

Annual Mini Golf
Our popular outing to Curlewis Golf Club includes friendly competition, prizes for winners, and plenty of laughs. Transportation arranged through carpooling.
Art Exhibitions
In 2025, we'll organize group visits to the Archibald Art Exhibition in Geelong (August 30-November 30). Concession tickets available for $20.
Social BBQs
Enjoy our sausage sizzles and friendly games of Bocce throughout the year. These casual gatherings are perfect for getting to know your fellow members.

Room Hire Opportunities
Our spacious facilities are available for rent to community groups, businesses, and organizations. Both our Main Hall and West Room can be booked for:
  • Community meetings and gatherings
  • Information sessions
  • Pop-up shops and stalls
  • Workshops and classes
